Welcome to SOLNEX ("Company," "we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using our platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

SOLNEX is a cryptocurrency staking platform that provides users with the opportunity to earn profits through staking in BNB and Solana. Our Services include:

• Cryptocurrency staking contracts
• Two-level referral program with commission earnings
• Country Leader rewards program
• Deposit and withdrawal services
• User dashboard and analytics

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency staking is prohibited
• Not be on any sanctions lists or in embargoed countries
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel contracts at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of:

• Suspected fraud or illegal activity
• Violation of these Terms
• Providing false information
• Attempting to manipulate or abuse the platform

SOLNEX offers two types of staking contracts. By purchasing a contract, you agree to the following terms:

Key Contract Terms:

• Loan Structure: Upon contract purchase, SOLNEX lends you the staking capital immediately. You are not required to provide the staking capital yourself.
• Staking Split: 60% of funds are staked in BNB and 40% in Solana.
• Profit Lock: Daily profits accumulate but remain locked until the contract end date (365 days).
• Capital Recovery: After 1 year, SOLNEX recovers the lent capital. You keep all accumulated profits.
• Withdrawal: You can withdraw 100% of your accumulated profits after the contract ends.
• Early Termination: Contracts cannot be cancelled or withdrawn before the 365-day term.

Our two-level referral program allows you to earn commissions by inviting others to SOLNEX:

• Direct Commission (Level 1): 30% of every contract value purchased by your direct referrals
• Indirect Commission (Level 2): 5% of every contract value purchased by referrals of your referrals
• Withdrawal Bonus: 10% of your referral's total withdrawal amount when they complete their contract
• Payment: All commissions are credited immediately and available for withdrawal
• Referral Link: Each user receives a unique referral link to share
• No Limits: There is no maximum number of referrals or commission earnings

Referral Program Rules:

• You may not refer yourself or create multiple accounts
• Referral commissions are based on verified, completed contracts
• Withdrawal bonus is paid when your referral withdraws their profits after contract completion
• SOLNEX reserves the right to withhold commissions in cases of fraudulent activity
• Commission rates may be changed with 30 days notice

The Country Leader program rewards top performers who build substantial teams:

Program Details:

• Qualification Period: Rolling - you qualify as soon as your direct team reaches $10,000 in investments
• Bonus Payment: $5,500 paid immediately upon qualification
• Withdrawal: Leader bonuses can be withdrawn instantly
• Ongoing Status: Once a Country Leader, you maintain status and may qualify for additional future rewards

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: $10 USD equivalent
• Maximum deposit: $10,000 USD equivalent per transaction
• Deposits are processed through NowPayments and credited after 3 blockchain confirmations
• Supported cryptocurrencies: USDT BEP20

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: $10 USD equivalent
• Withdrawal fee: 1% (covers network gas fees)
• Processing time: 24-48 hours for security verification
• Withdrawals are sent to your registered wallet address
• SOLNEX is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse referral program
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or manipulate the platform
• Using bots, scripts, or automated systems
• Providing false identification documents
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or disputes
• Market manipulation or artificial inflation of activity
• Harassing other users or support staff

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOLNEX and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions, delays, or technical failures
• Blockchain network issues, including forks, congestion, or attacks
• Regulatory changes affecting cryptocurrency
• Actions taken by third parties

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have deposited with SOLNEX in the past 12 months.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration Association.

You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at support.solnex@gmail.com.

SOLNEX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via:

• Email notification to registered address
• Notice on our website
• In-app notification

Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
